Duplicate requests: If 2+ members want a particular issue I will notify them to start bidding OR give one issue to one person and another to the other else. Example: 2 people want 1988, #1 and #2. One will get #1, the other #2. This will not be possible for every situation. And keep in mind that some issues ARE missing from the below list.
